These dry facial pads and are designed to be used with your favourite lotion or moisturiser; simply soak with your lotion of choice and apply under the eyes. Made of non-woven cotton pulp, which is made directly from individual fibers for maximum absorbency. Can also be used for other dry areas of the face.
